Are you an on-site, mobile service, and do you perform the services at our residence?
Yes! We are an on-site service, so we drive to you and perform all tune-ups and repairs at your residence. No more having to figure out how to get your lawn mower or snow blower into your car/suv, or paying pick up and delivery fees. We arrive with all the necessary parts, tools, and equipment and take great pride in providing convenient, outstanding service.
Where is your store located?
We do not have a brick and mortar location. Instead, we have highly qualified technicians ready to come to your Southeast Wisconsin or Northeast Illinois residence and help with your lawn mower, snow blower and other small engine repair and tune-up needs.
How much do you charge for your on-site service?
For repairs, our minimum service fee is $110 and goes towards the cost of your repair. For reference, our average repair is approximately $150 (rate is $110/hr). If our repair estimate for your machine is more than you would like to spend on your machine, the $110 minimum service fee still applies.

What is your warranty?
We offer an industry-standard 30 day warranty on all parts and labor. However, if a machine has a failure and our professional analysis determines machine abuse as the root cause of the damage, the machine owner will be responsible for the cost of the repair/minimum service fee.
These items are not covered under warranty:
failed snow blower shear pins
failed snow blower auger belts due to over loading and second stage icing
lawn mowers damaged by blade hits
parts added to and repairs completed on commercial machines
How soon can we see you?
We do our absolute best to see customers as soon as possible. On average we book between 3 and 10 days out. Text/call (414) 232-8402 to schedule your appointment today. During high volume times of the year (e.g., Spring rush, snow storms) longer wait times may occur. Please plan ahead to avoid downtime.
Can I buy parts for my machine from you?
No. We do not sell parts. We only sell parts associated with the on-site service we perform.
Do you sell lawn mowers and snow blowers?
No. We do not sell new or used machines.
